And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.(Ephesians 5:11)
Our days are one of growing darkness and of the possibility of brilliant light. It would have never entered the mind of any sound fundamentalist that clouds are gathering over the issue of the doctrine of justification. We have lose our footing because our love and zeal for our risen Saviour is cold. We have detached ourselves from the rock of Scripture. Fervent love brings zeal against the lie. “Good” men are tossed to and fro with every wind of doctrine. Others cower in insecurities lest they are “labeled.” There are labels to be raised in glory and one of them is to defend the truth of justification.

“He that declines controversy “on principle,” or from motives of convenience or prudence, has thereby renounced his confidence in the truth – that truth of which it has been truly said, that it is “like a torch, the more it’s shook, it shines.””
It is in the darkness that the Light shines the brighter. Let us not be ashamed of His Words. Let us proclaim those Words in truth and verity. The Lord will brighten our candlesticks. May the church of God in its shaking, spill our light onto the kindling of men’s souls, thereby lighting a flame that shall never be extinguished – His Glory … enflamed … throughout the World.
